Paul Webster

Manager Maintenance & Reliability Oil and Gas Services


Paul Webster is a maintenance professional, whose 20 years of automotive experience includes managing plant wide projects, predictive, crisis and facilities maintenance, with a history of successfully managing them within their respective budgets and timelines. Paul was a results oriented, performance driven maintenance planner and supervisor, working in a lean manufacturing environment, with a strong record of improving quality and efficiency.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, Paulís experience includes planning & scheduling, project management, predictive and preventive maintenance supervision, supervision of salary and union workforces, Team lead, Journeyman Electrician, and facilities maintenance. He worked with maintenance personnel to implement TPM, Reliability Centered Maintenance, downtime reductions, productivity and efficiency improvements in a 3 million square foot facility. Paul also worked as Strong Diversity Advocate, and was responsible for Leadership Development and Mentoring, providing direction six supervisors, 115 union employee, skilled and unskilled, and seven support staff across 3 shifts.

The last couple of years, Paul has traveled internationally providing maintenance teams training and coaching to improve the work flow process. He has directed efforts under the umbrella of Total Reliability, coaching CMMS (SAP PM) projects, training on implementation of costs transparency, and training and coaching a custom work flow process in the oil and gas world.

Paul has a Business Management degree from Northwood University, Midland, MI; Associate Plant Maintenance and General Studies Certification via Henry Ford Community College. He is certified 6-Sigma Black Belt and has attended company training in Infra red, vibration, Dale Carnegie, FTPM, Maximo, and numerous other computer systems.
