Mark Jolley

Director of Manufacturing Services


Mr. Jolley is an experienced maintenance and manufacturing professional with over ten years of experience leading continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment. Mark has worked as a LEAN Leader, directing complex projects from concept to fully operational status. His background in TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, and Quality Assurance helped make him a strong team leader, detail-directed problem solver, and a goal oriented manager.

As TPM Coordinator, Mark developed and implemented a TPM program that increased “Uptime” on machines by 50 to 80%, reducing maintenance costs by 30 to 50%. As such, Mark was the first non-Boeing employee to receive Boeing’s TPM Leaders certification.

While working at Curtis Wright, Mr. Jolley served as Lean/Six Sigma Leader, guiding the facility to reduce scrap 30 to 50% and set up time 30 to 80%. He also developed a Rewards and Recognition process to help sustain such gains.

Mark served as an ISO Auditor for over 5 years, and is certified as an internal auditor. He has worked as a Health/Safety/Environmental technician, with complete understanding of OSHA requirements for maintenance. He has trained and facilitated Safety Teams; conducted Safety audits, and implemented safety improvements throughout a manufacturing facility.

With his background in Business Management, Mr. Jolley is always trying to drive maintenance to be cost-effective; and with training in public speaking, Mark is able to convey his subject matter expertise in a way that is most engaging and beneficial for Marshall Institute clients.
